LIMITED WARRANTY

Concord Cookware Inc stands behind every item we produce. If you are the original purchaser and the product fails due to a manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not modified or abused the item, it will be repaired or replaced within 1 year of purchase. Modification or alteration to these parts including drilling or cutting, voids all factory warranties.

We are not responsible for items intentionally/accidently damaged or destroyed, or products damaged by abuse/poor maintenance. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to Concord Cookware Inc and are determined by Concord Cookware Inc to be defective.

This warranty, made to the original owner/purchaser, is not transferable.

The following items are excluded from this warranty:

1. Normal wear of product finishes and of all metal or plastic parts.

2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or modification.

RETURN INFORMATION

Concord Cookware Inc offers a 30 day refund policy. You MUST return the product from where you purchased it from.

All returns must include the original invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact email, and order date. Returns, refunds, and exchanges can take up to 10 days, not including transit times.

Please contact Concord Cookware Inc. by email or phone to receive a return confirmation. DO NOT return ANYTHING until you have made contact with Concord Cookware Inc to receive a confirmation.

Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. We will issue you full refund including all shipping charges if item is defective or received damaged. 

EXCHANGES

To make this process more simple, we do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense. If you ordered the wrong size, simply contact us to return for refund and place a new order for the correct size.
